He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas William and Luella Ester Kelley (Park); his wives, Edna Thiles and Doris Mullenix (Thoms); his son Warren Kelley; his son-in-law David Clark; his siblings, Opal Toxword (Oren), Earl Kelley (Claire) and Alvin Kelley (Dorothy); and his siblings-in-law, Janice Kelley and Robert Schraeder.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Ramsey (Larry), Margaret Kelley, Patricia Kelley, Dalene Clark and Craig Kelley; and his siblings, Donald Kelley, George Kelley (Imy) and Lois Schraeder. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
