He was predeceased by: his parents, Phil McAndrews and Pauline McAndrews (Gaul); and his partner Ershal 'Beth Ball. He is survived by: his wife Jane Ulmer; his children, Amy and Phil; his grandson Payton Malone; and his stepdaughters, Martha and Shelly Sherwood of Omaha, Nebraska. He is also survived by six brothers; three sisters; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
