He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis V. Stanislav and Mary M. Stanislav (Pokorny); his sister Darlene Ellis; his brothers-in-law, Dr. Alvaro Camacho, Wayne Parks and Dale Ellis; his nephew Donald Parks; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Wyonetta Stewart.
He is survived by: his wife Karon Stanislav of Woodbine, Iowa; his children, Sara Finn of Slater, Iowa and Andrew (Deborah Stanislav) of Glenwood, Iowa; and his sisters, Phyllis Camacho of Memphis and Marjorie Parks of Whiting, Iowa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
MEMORIAL DONATIONS MAY BE MADE TO THE SACRED HEART CATHOLIC CHURCH IN WOODBINE OR THE WOODBINE FIRE AND RESCUE DEPARTMENT.
