He is survived by: his former wife Mary Ann Pursell; his wife Eula Kramer of Woodbine, Iowa; his children, Regina Knudsen (Stan) of Escondido, Karla Martin of Harlan, Colleen Hansen (Mike) of Tennant, June Goeser (Jim) of Omaha, Ralph Kramer Jr. of Phoenix, Jane Kramer of Castle Rock, Kerry Kramer (Shawna) of Elbert and Jon Kramer of Council Bluffs, Iowa; his stepdaughters, Debra Brown of Austin and Sheri LeRoy (Kenneth) of Katy, Texas; and his sisters, Alma Leinen (Richard) of Portsmouth, Stella Lefeber of Portsmouth, Jeanette Kramer of Harlan, Marie Pemberton of Spring Hill and Irene Lefeber of Portsmouth. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; nine step grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 16 step great grandchildren; three step great great grandchildren.
