She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Alvis and Helen Alvis (Maguire); her husband LaVerne Hunt; her siblings, Marilynn Mefferd, Merv and Merlyn "Shorty" Alvis; and her nephew Danny Mefferd.
She is survived by: her daughter Marti (Scott Stracke) of Omaha; her granddaughter Kortni Kay Stracke of Omaha; her brother-in-law Virgil Mefferd; and her pet Angel. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Myrna also gave to many charity organizations that supported animals.
