She is survived by: her husband Larry Jensen; her daughter Melanie (Mike Freund) of Dunlap, Iowa; her grandchildren, Caitlyn (Johnnie Sims) of Des Moines, Paul and Joseph Freund; her great grandchild Johnnie Sims, III; and her siblings, Dwight Haworth (Ann) of Papillion, Al Haworth (Gladys) of Jonesboro, Marchele Haworth (Steve Dunn) of Grinnell, Marliss (Larry Rockwell) of Council Bluffs and Marilyn Haworth (Charlie Johnsen) of Woodbine, Iowa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
