He was predeceased by: his parents, Lamont George and Mable Eva Douglas (Netsch); and his brothers, Lloyd "Fuzzy" Douglas, Gail Douglas and Lyle Douglas.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Douglas of Woodbine, Iowa; and his sister Karen (Doug Rickers) of Omaha, Nebraska. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
