He was predeceased by: his wife Verena (Wilwerding); and his brothers, Ray Jr and Henry Jr. He is survived by: his parents, Henry Coenen and Agnes Coenen (Stoll); his children, Robert Coenen (Teri) of Cozad, Richard Coenen (Elaine) of Omaha and Randy Coenen (Teresa) of Woodbine; his sisters, Bernice Stracke of Avoca and Marilyn Rauterkus of Omaha; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Coenen of Woodbine.
