He is survived by: his wife Joy Payne; his children, Jesse Payne, Jennifer (Mark Unruh) of Woodbine, Nickolas Payne of Woodbine, Lydia (Alex Hobelmann) of Smith Center and Katie Payne (Liam Conroy) of Melbourne, Australia; and his brothers, Steve Payne (Deb) of Grand Island and Greg Payne of Omaha, Nebraska. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
