He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin J. King and Izola A. King (Crum); his sons, David and Bradley; and his siblings, Carrie Bell Spangler, Ralph King and Gary King.
He is survived by: his children, Jamelyn Ress (Eric) of Joplin, Rebecca King (Jonathan Russell) of Omaha, Christy Abel, John Sauvaine, Bonnie Patterson, Calvin King-Purser, Craig King-Purser, Robert Murphy and Brenda Campbell; and his siblings, Lois Washa, Iva Weller, Earl King, Larry King, John King and Richard King. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
