We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2019, at the age of 83, Frances Mitsch (Woodbine, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Oliver and Marie Oliver (Hall); her daughter Tina Peters; and her siblings, Dwane Oliver and Patricia Holste.

She is survived by: her husband Fred Mitsch; her children, Terri (Danny Michael) of Magnolia, Tim Meyer (Martie) of Homer, Ala, Tami (Rue) of Homer, Ala, Todd Meyer (Tammy) of Honey Creek and Bradford Mitsch (Ronda) of Pisgah; and her son-in-law Gary Peters of Big Fork, Montana. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and many other relatives and friends.
