He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Clyde Crandall; his half-brother Frederick Lenz; his sister-in-law Agnes Lenz; his son-in-law Stephen Healey; and also Ethel Crandall.
He is survived by: his wife Dona Crandall (Smith) of Dunlap, IA; and his children, Cristi Zack (Mark) of Missouri Valley, IA, Charles Crandall of Omaha, NE and Deneen Healey of Logan, IA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
