He was predeceased by: his parents, Gale Winegar and Anna Winegar (Thoreson); his daughter-in-law Michelle Winegar; and his brother-in-law Leo Schulte. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Schulte; his children, Jason Winegar of Dunlap, Diana (Tim Porath) of Council Bluffs and Debra Davis of Dunlap; his sister Dixie (Bill Blanchard) of Yakima, Washington; and his siblings-in-law, Ray "Butch" Schulte (Sheila) of Dunlap, Jackie (Larry Beam) of Fremont and Ellen Schulte of San Bernardino. He is also survived by several grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
