She was predeceased by: her parents, Martel Mathews and Agnes Mathews (Charlson); her husband Gussie Swingen; her siblings, Karolyn Flatrud (Roger), Arden and Arlo Mathews; and her siblings-in-law, Myrth Anderson (Oliver), Theo Callies (Ed) and Harvey Swingen.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Kloser (Dan) of Garner and Doug Swingen (Lisa) of Woden; her grandson Tyler Kloser (Kaitlyn); her great grandchild Cora; her granddaughter Jessica Wellik (Jordan); her great grandchildren, Audrey and Owen; her granddaughter Megan Schueler (Corben); her great grandchildren, Drake and Cam; her grandson Matt Swingen (Meaghan); her great grandchild Charlie; and her brother Ronnie Mathews (Carole) of Leland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
