It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Joseph Welch of Winthrop, Iowa, born in Manchester, Iowa, who passed away on January 6, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles John and Mary Burnita Welch (Keenan); and his brother Jerry. He is survived by: his brother Patrick Welch of Winthrop.
