He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Fairchild and Della Matteson Fairchild. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Martin; his children, Tammy Cherry (Lonnie) of Winthrop, Iowa, Tim (Cindy) of Gridley, Illinois and Mark of Winthrop, Iowa; his grandchildren, Nathan Cherry (Steph) of Jesup, Jenna Barber (Justin), Max Cherry of Quasqueton, Marqui Krone (Jordan) of El Paso, Mattie Wallace (Adam) of Gridley and Teron Fairchild of Gridley, Illinois.; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Rylee, Ryder Cherry, Beckett, Henley Barber, Jase, Jett, Lucy, Cece Krone, Bishop, Baker and Bo Wallace; and his siblings, Doug Fairchild (Kay) and Janet Higgins (Rick) of Winthrop. He is also survived by many loving sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
