He is survived by: his wife Doris Cook (Tudor) of Independence; his sons, Kenneth Cook (Linda) of Winthrop, Donald Cook (Karen) of Ryan, Harold Cook and Alan Cook (Janet) of Winthrop; his stepchildren, Tom Carter of North English and Nancy Carter of Kentucky; his sister Bernice Dusil of Troy Mills; and his sister-in-law Leah Cook of Independence. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren; 24 Great Grandchildren.
