He was predeceased by: his parents, J. H. White and Dixie White; and his siblings, Kelly White and Dean Hensley. He is survived by: his sons, John David White (Heather) of Fall River, James William White (Tina) of Warner Robins, GA and Jacob Andrew White (Amy) of Powell, TN; his siblings, Larry White (Linda) of Clinton, TN, Robbie White of Clinton, TN and Roma Disney of Clinton, TN; and his daughter-in-law Valerie White of Beaver Dam, WI. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
