He was predeceased by: his parents, Wray Bush and Mildred Bush (Sheldon); his son Earl Ray; and his siblings, Donald Bush and Irene Wolken.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Walker; his children, Karen Bush, Jeff Bush, Kevin Bush (Jen Vrenick) and Judy Lynch (Monty); and his grandchildren, Brock Bush (Hannah) and Grace Hockett.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be donated to the St. Judes Children's Hospital.
