He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Patience of Winterset; his sons, Donn Patience (Donna) of Cedar Rapids and John Patience (Kim) of Earlham; his grandchildren, Andrew Patience (Maegen), Bradley Patience, Kelsey Striegel (Ben), Josh Patience (Jenni) and Jared Patience; his great grandchild Bentley Striegel; and his sister-in-law Berneita Patience of Winterset. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
