He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnett Waddingham and Irene Waddingham (Suckow); his son Jeremy Lynn; his brothers, Kenneth and Richard; his sister-in-law Marlene; and his nephew Tyler.

He is survived by: his wife Carla Herren of Winterset; his son Curtis (Michelle) of Adel; his grandchildren, Cole Jeremy, Carson Taylor and Cara Ruth; and his siblings, Tim of Macksburg, Mick (Linda Oglesbee) of Lorimor, Vicky (Rick) of Lorimor, Steve (Deb) of Macksburg, Deb (Jim) of Richmond, VA, Connie (Larry) of Dexter and Kevin (Cindy) of Creston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Memorials may be directed to Terry's family to be used as a memorial in his name at a later date.
