He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Schwingendorf and Blanche Schwingendorf. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Schwingendorf of Urbandale; his sons, Robert Schwingendorf (Elle Castro) of Bay Area, CA and James Schwingendorf (Tasha); his grandchildren, Emma Charlotte Castro Schwingendorf, Tealey, Brent and Blake Schwingendorf; his brother Charles Schwingendorf (Yoko) of Anchorage, AK; his brother-in-law Terry Hindmarch (Jeana); and his daughter Michelle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
