He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Pearson and Opal Pearson (Davis); and his siblings, Joe Pearson, Maxine Hamell and Josie Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Betty Dolan (Jim), Steven Pearson (Brenda) and Brenda Meyers (Bryan); his grandchildren, Emily Rucker, Mackenzie Bevins, Lindsey Meyers and Lane Meyers; his great grandchildren, Caroline Fennewald, Jack Bevins and Kaycee Bevins; and his sister Mary Rychnovsky.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home & Crematory - Winterset Chapel (1823 N John Wayne Dr, Winterset, IA 50273). A graveside service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Memorials may be made to the family for a future designation.
