She is survived by: her son Doug Woodley (Carrie) of Minneapolis, MN; and her grandson Darin Woodley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Phyllis may be directed to the Woodley Memorial (2227 NE 107 Terrace, Kansas City, Missouri, 64155) and shall be distributed to several groups to fulfill her wishes.
