It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Toppin (Winterset, Iowa), born in Mason City, Iowa, who passed away on February 24, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Toppin and Marjorie Toppin (Clark); his wife Carol Toppin; his daughter Jodi Parker; his brother Gerald Toppin; and his brother-in-law Myrna Stalkfleet (Dexter).
He is survived by: his son Jeff Toppin (Cindy Anstey) of Winterset; his stepsons, Lee Van Gundy (Brenda) of Colorado Springs, CO, Joe Van Gundy (Rachel) of Lake City, Ray Van Gundy of Lake City and Jimmy Van Gundy (Amy) of Carlisle; his brother Duane Toppin (Cheryll) of Ankeny; and his sister-in-law GayLee Toppin of Lorimor. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren; extended family and friends.
