He is survived by: his parents, Daryle Johnson and Linda Jean Bertholf Johnson; his wife Janet Koontz Johnson; his sons, Glenn Johnson and Ryan Johnson; and his siblings, Kevin Johnson (Tammi), Kristie Haylock (Matthew) and Karen Johnson.
