He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Rinard and Maxine Rinard; his wife Linda Haines; and his siblings, Larry Rinard (Pete), Sharon Peters and Judy Rinard.
He is survived by: his children, David Rinard of Winterset, Jill Peacock (Jared) of Winterset and Jarod Rinard of Winterset; his sister Terri Bradshaw; his grandchildren, Ashley Rust, Chelsey Rinard, Britni Rinard, Jenna Peacock, Bailey Rinard and Julia Peacock; and his great grandchild Maddox Hebert.
