It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jane Rae Martens (Winterset, Iowa), born in Fairbury, Nebraska, who passed away on April 19, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles; her parents, Raymond Dabner and Lora Jane Dabner; and her brother Jack Dabner. She is survived by: her children, Julie King (Vern) of Altoona, Sally Belas (Len) of Des Moines and Scott of Waukee; her grandchildren, Katie King, Brady Martens and Ellie Martens; her sister Joan Kuntz (Fred) of Des Moines; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Dabner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Central Iowa – Kavanagh House in memory of Jane Martens.
