He was predeceased by: his daughter Jane Cantrell; and his siblings, Richard and Marjorie Deets. He is survived by: his wife Wilma; his grandchildren, James Heggen (Marcy) and Brenda Carter (Mike); his great grandchildren, Jordan Carter and Emily Carter; and his son-in-law Tim Cantrell.
