He was predeceased by: his siblings, Richard Frease and Mary Ellen Frette. He is survived by: his spouse Mary Josephine Moorman; his sons, Michaele Alan (Kathy) of Florida and Kim Stephen Frease (Dorothy) of Winterset; his grandsons, Jeremey, Ryan, Chad, Clint and Jordan; and his stepgrandson Travis Kirk.
