She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Drake and Myrtle Drake (Phillips); her husband James Allsup; her siblings, Riley Drake, John Drake, Freda Herman, Charlotte Johnson and Carolyn Miller; and her daughter-in-law Marla Allsup.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Allsup of Prole, Dennis Allsup (Kathy) of Winterset, Kathy Vaughn of Winterset and Becky McDonald-Piatt (Keith) of Winterset; her sisters, Judy Murray of Des Moines, Dixie Conkling of Winterset and Roberta Hatfield of Des Moines; and her grandchildren, Jamey, Matthew, Daniel, Chad, Angela, Joe, Tamie, John, Sara, Amy, Riley, Stephanie, Laura and Steven Matthew. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Worthington Community Church, Earlham.
