She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Ash of Kansas City, Jeanine Ash of Arizona and Samantha Douglas of Wichita, Kansas; and her siblings, Alvin "Joe" Foster (Beth) of Winfield, Ronald Douglas of Muscatine, Peggy Hoffman (Steve Wheeler) of Muscatine, June Coyle of Muscatine, Karen Ash (Robert) of Muscatine, Jimmy Foster of Muscatine, John Foster (Debbie) of Muscatine, Jeff Foster (Laura) of Muscatine and Michael Foster (Suzette) of Muscatine. She is also survived by four grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in Pat's name.
