He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Rossiter and Pearl Rossiter (Myers); and his sisters, Ruth Van Syoc and Joyce Richmond. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Rossiter of Winfield; his daughters, Vicki Kirsner (Chris Bennett) and Julee Evans (David) of Barnesville, MD; his grandchildren, Brianne Evans, Dylan Evans, Michael Kirsner and Dr. Andrew Kirsner; his great grandchild Jonathan Kirsner; his daughter Dr. Ursula Kick Stadler of Germany; and his brother Leon Rossiter of Wapello. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Due to COVID a private family service will be held on Saturday.
