We bid farewell to Ronald Symmonds of Wilton, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 16, 2025 at the age of 89. Ronald touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hurschell Symmonds and Beatrice Symmonds (Wagler); his wife Wanda J. Farrar; his brother Richard Symmonds; his daughter-in-law Jeannine Murrell Symmonds; and his grandson Bradley Symmonds.

He is survived by: his children, Douglas Symmonds (Kelly) of Austin, Scott Symmonds (Pamela) of Muscatine, Kim Brown (John) of Wilton, Eric Symmonds (Kayleen) of Denver, Christine Scarboro of Wilton and David Symmonds (Rayci) of Johnston, Iowa; and his siblings, Dean Symmonds (Karen), Michael Symmonds (Lyla), Marilyn Farrar (Charles) and Linda Monroe. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bentley Funeral Home (302 W 5th St, Wilton, IA 52778). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
