He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emery Sherman and Mabel Sherman (Cronk); his wife Betty Brunsen; his daughter Nancy Cross (Robert) of Wilton; his daughter-in-law Cindy Sherman of Zephyrhills, Florida; his grandchildren, Hannah, Jamie, Alec and Kyle; his sister Betty Heirs of Lugoff; and his son Mark Sherman.
