She is survived by: her husband Chris Hawzen; her son Brooks Hawzen; her mother Tammy Shipp (James); her brother Luke Hank (Kara); her stepbrothers, Gregg Shipp (Leslie), Jacob Dusenberry and Tyson Lamb; her sister Stacy Hank; her stepsisters, Erin Watson and Samantha Berrones; her grandfather Joe Barela; her aunts, Brenda Barela, Liz Brecht (Rick) and Connie Hoestra; her parents-in-law, Gary and Diane Hawzen; and her brother-in-law Matt Hawzen (Jackie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
