She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Schneekloth and Ruth Schneekloth (Lang); her husband Henry "Hans" E. Carstens; her son Lanny Carstens; her grandson Bobby Crane; her great grandchild Charity Crane; and her brothers, Harold and Charlie Schneekloth.
She is survived by: her daughters, Candy Clausen (Billy Wallace) of Tipton and Connie Fratzke (Dan) of Durant; her grandchildren, Jennie Clausen Houck (Ryder Houck), Nathan Fratzke and Jacob Fratzke; her great grandchildren, Caitlin, Taylor, Xander Crane, Gavin, Alexandra Houck and Paisley Ganzer; her daughter-in-law Mary Carstens of Wilton; her brother Jerry Schneekloth (Janice) of Bloomfield, IA; and her sister-in-law Betty Schneekloth of Overland Park, KS..
Memorial contributions may be made to the Wilton Elementary School to provide books for her students.
