James Grunder Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Grunder of Wilton, Iowa, born in Muscatine, Iowa, who passed away on October 26, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Bill" and Charlotte Grunder (Smith); and his brother Bob Grunder. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kraklio of Wilton; his children, Greg Grunder of Rialto, CA, Brian Grunder (Robin) of Durant and Shari Wittlake (Scott) of Caryon, TX; his grandchildren, Airamee, Airiana Grunder, Ty Grunder (Samantha), Brady Grunder (Rebecca), Nathan Paulsen, Brinn Grunder, Marisa Paulsen, Claire Paulsen, Danielle Paulsen, Barak Wittlake and Briggs Wittlake; his great grandchildren, Finn and Olive Grunder; his siblings, Paul Grunder (Sandy), Roger Grunder (Carolyn) and Marcia Grunder; and his sister-in-law Nancy Grunder.

Memorials may be made to the Wilton First Responders, United Methodist Church of Wilton or Muscatine Humane Society in his memory.
