It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James D. Batchelor of Wilton, Iowa, born in Muscatine, Iowa, who passed away on July 2, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Batchelor and Rosa Batchelor (Derby); his wife Pearl Weiss; his sister Barbara Smith; his son Francis Batchelor; and his granddaughter Tamara FitzPatrick.
He is survived by: his sister Rose Askam of Danville, IL; and his children, James Batchelor (Lynn), Mary FitzPatrick (Paul), Lydia Witkiewicz (Edward), Sarah Dunn (Thomas) and Martha Krieser (Douglas). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Milwaukee Lutheran High School or Zion Lutheran Church.
