It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ida Lenker of Wilton, Iowa, born in Albany, Kentucky, who passed away on October 29, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Stearns and Emma Stearns (Dickens); her grandson Gary Beard Jr.; her son-in-law Richard D'hooge; her sisters, Opal Pitcher, Maxine Sidwell, Wilma Dugan, Lena Anderson, Phyllis Conner and Carol Stubbs; and her sister-in-law Kay McConahay.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Lenker of Wilton; her children, Pam Downing (Rich) of Davenport, Sherry Boatman (Richard) of Troy, IL, Connie D'hooge of Coal Valley, IL and Chuck Hood of Colorado; and her brothers, Jesse Stearns (Sharon) of Franklin, IN., Howard Stearns (JoAnn) of Franklin, IN. and Steve Stearns (Ruth) of Franklin, IN.. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great- grandchildren.
Masks and social distancing guidelines will be required.
