She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clifford Spitznogle and Geraldine Spitznogle (Shannon); her husband Raymond E. Richter; her grandchildren, Nathaniel Richter of Bennett, Joseph Richter of Muscatine and Charity Wacker of Odessa, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Faith, Eli and Lexi; her sister Ida McNeil of Wapello, Iowa; her children, Raymond, Dewayne and Sherry; her brother Clifford "Butch" Spitznogle; and her brother-in-law A. Burns "Beanie" McNeil. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be given to the Durant American Legion or the Wilton Baptist Church in her memory.
