Frances Nelson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Nelson of Wilton, Iowa, who passed away on January 12, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jensen and Hilda Jensen (Bruhn); her husband Harold Nelson, Sr.; her son Charles "Chuck" Nelson; and her siblings, Marie Heins, Cora Jensen and John Jensen.

She is survived by: her children, Harold Nelson (Mary) of Wilton, Linda Halligan (John) of Windsor, Lois Nelson of Wilton and Carl Nelson (Pam) of North Liberty, Iowa. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to the Wilton First Responders or the Wilton-Durant Food Bank.
