He is survived by: his friend Bert; his wife Josie; his stepson Jacob (Maria); his stepgrandson Bryan; his stepchild Mackenzie (Jared); his stepgrandchildren, Henry and Penny; his stepfather Jerry Drew of Illinois; his siblings, Don (Jennifer), Susan (Randy) and Sharon (Al); and his nieces and nephews, Sarah (Skyler), Rachel (Carter), Blake, Aaron and Luke. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
