He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Delever and Marie Delever (VandeVoorde); his wife Dianne Vance; his son Richard Delever (Kate) of Wilton; his grandchildren, Sandra Heller (Ross) of Drakesville, IA, Trisha Latimer (Quincy) of Durant, Zach, Lizzy, Dylan Delever, Morgan, Riley Heller, Alexis, Lucas, Elias and Brias Latimer; his siblings, Mary Meyer (Bill), Don Delever (Joanne) and Harry; and his brother-in-law Dennis.
