He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Charlier and Marjorie Charlier (Hora); his granddaughter Jessica Tompkins; and his sister Nancy Ray. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Roush; his sons, Charles Charlier and Dustin Charlier; and his stepchildren, Mike Tompkins (Jeannie), Tom Tompkins (Jennifer) and Jennifer C. Tompkins. He is also survived by several grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three sisters; and one brother.
