She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Bugh and Anna Mae Bugh (Noll). She is survived by: her husband Jim Williams; her children, Emily Gray (Evan Loete) of Coal Valley, Illinois and Eric Gray of Durant; her stepsons, Jered Williams of Omaha and Alec Williams (Jadwin Woodhall) of Buffalo, Iowa; her siblings, Cindy Axtell (Robert) of Muscatine, Cathy Jackson (Donnie) of Henderson, Marti Bugh of Davenport, Clayton McConnaha (Cindy) of Muscatine and Chuck McConnaha (Amie) of Muscatine; her mother-in-law Jerry Williams of Wilton; and her sisters-in-law, Jane Owens (Steve) of Wilton and Mary Medjo-Me (Chris). She is also survived by fifteen nieces and nephews; twelve great nieces and nephews; and many friends.

Memorials may be given to Muscatine Humane Society.
