It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Blaine Charlton of Wilton, Iowa, born in Faribault, Minnesota, who passed away on September 24, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Charlton and Joyce Charlton (Cornwell); and his brothers, Richard and Melvin Charlton. He is survived by: his wife Victoria "Vicki" Guertin; his daughters, Valeri Charlton (Jayoma McGowan) of Pleasant Hill and Melanie Wozniak (Tom) of Naperville, Illinois; his grandchildren, Yory, Magda, Zakia, Savona, Navad, Damacio, Via McGowan, Lydia, Brynn, Alayna and Brody Wozniak; his brothers, Ralph Charlton (Bev) of Kenyon and Leon Charlton (Joanne) of Rochester, Minnesota; and his siblings-in-law, Marge Charlton of Medford, MaryAnn Charlton of Faribault, Minnesota and Gary Guertin (Janelle) of Riceville, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family that will be used to establish a scholarship fund in his memory.
