He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ivan, Babe Shriver, Roy and Louise Briggs. He is survived by: his father Jerry Wayne Sr; his children, Taylor Lafollette of Indianola and Tate Shriver of Osceola; his mother Sandra Shriver (Briggs) of Williamson; his siblings, Jerry Shriver (Tammy) of Indianola, Sheryl Smith (Matt) of Williamson and Cindy Amos (Willy) of Mt. Pleasant; and his nieces and nephews, Dillon Rough, Dalton Rough, Dustin Amos, Carter Amos, Casey McCaul (Smith), Ashley Ferguson (Shriver) and Rylee Amos.
