He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue; his children, David Gail Jr. (Carrie), Lorri Christine Malone (Buzz) and Christopher Danny (Barb); his grandchildren, Rachel (Jesse), Emily, Levi (Jesse Jo), Jack, Reagan, Corran, Mara, Tony (Annie) and Mason; his great grandchildren, Oliver, Lucille, Roxanna, Eleanor and Molly; and his brother Tim Forst (Robin). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
