He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Orville and Nadine Haley (Wood); his stepfathers, Avon Primley and Joseph Haley; his siblings, Carol Wellman and Dennis Primley; his niece Mindy Barker; and his stepson Jeff Wade.
He is survived by: his wife Deanna Eggert Wade of Marengo; his siblings, Sandy Barker (Ron) of Columbia, MO, Marilyn Primley of Cedar Rapids and Gale Primley (Christy) of Cedar Rapids; his stepdaughter Johnnette Kruse (Bill Collins) of Williamsburg; his stepgrandchildren, Dakota and Chyanne Kruse; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Izzabella and Cassiel Plank; his stepbrother Bill Haley; his sisters-in-law, Crystal Benscoter (Whitey) of Marengo and Dixie Moody (Jim) of Monticello, IL; his nieces, Keeley Welsh (Mark), Leasa Lantzky (Bruce) and Amber Friederick (Lonnie); and his uncle Gale Wood (Bev). He is also survived by several cousins; 2 great nieces and 4 great nephews.
A memorial fund has been established for the St. Paul United Methodist Church.
